  I had thee worst experience with UPS at this location this morning. The girls at the counter couldn't enter the information in the computer accurately, take the proper measurements or answer my questions correctly. Whats worse is they tried to cover up their incompetence by providing me with false information or just making stuff up on the fly. In short they tried to over charge me $300.00 to ship a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner via Economy class as a replacement item under warranty. Uh, hello the item weighs 30 ibs and costs $250.00 at Walmart or on Amazon. Theres no way in hell it costs $300 to ship a 30 ibs steam cleaner from Ohio to Montana. Anyways I headed over to Fed Ex. Their staff knew exactly what they were talking about and how to answer my questions. They also were very specific about their rates. They folded up the Rug Doctors handle and fit it into an economy sized box. Lord and behold they charged me only "$50" dollars for shipping, box and all. Which as it turns out is the standard rate to ship my item. This UPS location needs a complete over haul. They need to ethier rehire or retrain their entire staff instead of letting these incompetent teenagers run the store. I think I'll be taking all my future business over to FedEx.

  I had two rental books from amazon with pre printed labels for a quick drop off. Three days later I was charged by amazon because they only received one package. I call the mentor store and provide my tracking number and was told that there's nothing they can do and to call corporate. I call corporate and they tell me to call the store.... WTF???? How are you a shipping company that can't ship packages! How does one book get there but not the other!?!?! Irresponsible shipping company that is way overpriced. Never using UPS again back to snail mail for me.
